This role sits on the Iroquoia Board and is responsible for managing and growing our membership base. The Role reviews the monthly statistics of new and lapsed members, follows up with both groups. The successful person will have good analysis skills, as well as creativity in developing methods to retain and grow our membership base. The Membership Director works closely with Publicity to create awareness of the Bruce Trail and benefits of becoming a member.
Hike Events Coordinator
There are 4 openings for Trail Monitors in section A, which runs from Grimsby. The volunteer Trail Monitor is an extra pair of eyes on the trail. The role is necessary to help discover and report problems along the trail, such as overgrowth, erosion, wet areas, damaged blazes, vandalism, graffiti, garbage, fallen trees, and broken structures, such as steps, bridges, boardwalks and stiles.
