Iroquoia Annual General Meeting May 4, 2019

Our Annual General Meeting is set for Saturday, May 4th, 2019.

The meeting will be held at St. James United Church – 309 Parkside Dr., Waterdown

Come on out, meet other members and learn about the club!

We are offering Two PRE-MEETING HIKES:

1 Hour Hike:  Depart at 10:30 – Meet at the Church parking lot
2 Hour Hike:  Depart at 9:30 – Fisher’s Pond Nature Reserve – Meet at roadside parking where the Bruce Trail crosses Guelph Line on the west side, south of No 1 Sideroad GPS 43.388387 -79.854327

12:00PM – LUNCH   ($10.00 Donation)

1:00PM – General Meeting, Board Nominations, and Volunteer Awards

2:00PM – GUEST SPEAKER – “Searching for Lake Iroquois” –  Mark Stabb, Nature Conservancy of Canada. Mark will take us on an interesting photographic journey around present day Lake Ontario and show us the locations of the ancient shoreline of the glacial Lake Iroquois.

All members of IBTC are invited to submit nominations for volunteer awards.  Submissions must be received before March 31st (the end of the Club’s financial year). Please see our website for details.
